Pilates Instructor Wanted in Westminster, CO

Lana June Health is a space where movement feels like medicine. Tucked into Westminster's Art District, our studio blends classical Pilates with an upscale tea bar and rotating local art — a warm, body-positive home for clients of every shape, size, and story. We're looking for a passionate instructor ready to build something meaningful here, surrounded by community, creativity, and care.

 

The Role:

As an independent sublet arrangement — your practice, your way- choose your own hours between 7 am–8 pm, bring your own clients and scheduling system, and carry your own insurance. You'll have full access to our beautifully equipped classical studio: 3 reformers, barrel, Cadillac, and 2 chairs.

 

Want to be a 1099 contractor? Let's see if we can make that work. You would use my CRM; I would feed you overflow clients, and you would have designated group classes. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Care for shared studio equipment and help keep the space running smoothly

  2. Clean and maintain equipment (studio-wide cleaning)

  3. No sales minimums, no retail sales

  4. Open and close the studio thoughtfully for your sessions

  5. Nurture strong client relationships and add to the studio's warm, welcoming atmosphere

  6. Share the physical and mental benefits of Pilates with your clients

  7. Open to covering fellow instructors' clients during sick days or vacations, and vice versa

Qualifications:

  1. Comprehensive certification in Pilates instruction (required); additional fitness wellness certifications a plus

  2. Professional liability insurance

  3. At least one year of experience teaching comprehensive Pilates (private, duet, and/or group reformer or mat classes)

  4. Experience or familiarity with physical therapy concepts and practices

  5. Warm, genuine customer service instincts and the ability to connect with clients

  6. Comfortable working within a consistent studio flow (not a drop-in/unlimited model)

  7. A real passion for health, movement, and community
